Restaurar la creación de accesos rápidos

A partir del windows vista, con algunos programas de limpieza del registro (cclenaer, tuneup...), si después queremos crear un acceso directo en el escritorio veremos que no podemos. Para restaurar esto, crea un archivo de texto con el wordpad o con el editor de notas. Dentro, copia y pega lo siguiente y al final guárdalo con la extensión .reg
